ESP Packaged Shelving
ESP Shelving is our commercial shelving system for those applications that don't require the high load capacities of our Q-Line Shelving.  Shelves are formed from 22 gauge steel and have load capacities up to 250 lbs.  Units are 36" wide x 75" high, and are available in 12", 15", 18" or 24" depths.   ESP shelving comes in our medium grey color, using our tough, baked on enamel finish.  Everything you need is in one box, ready to assembly quickly... and at an economical price.

 
Bulk Storage Shelving
Bulk Storage Shelving is the best choice for storing heavy, bulky items in factories or warehouses.  Shelf spans of 96w x 54d are available.  Uprights are prewelded for fast assembly and load capacities up to 10,000 pounds per upright.  Beams incorporate a unique tapered finger design attachment that locks beams safely and quickly to the uprights without any tools or hardware.  Two styles of beams and deck supports lets you choose between particleboard, plywood and wire decking.

 
Q Line Shelving
Q Line Industrial Shelving is the system of choice when heavy duty steel shelves are required.  The shelves feature box beam construction with stiffening ribs on the front and rear edges, lapped and welded corners and triple bends on the sides.  These high performance shelves are available in eighteen different sizes, either 20 or 22 gauge steel, and can handle loads of up to 1,000 pounds per shelf.  Shelves attach with compression clips to any of three upright styles, making assembly and reconfiguration easy.  Select from options like closed panels, shelf dividers, shelf boxes and hinged doors to customize the system to any industrial storage application.

 
The 400 Pound Drawer System
This High Density Drawer System is the ideal solution for storing and organizing a variety of small items.  Drawers are available in 18" or 24" depths and six heights, and can be partitioned into a whole array of compartment sizes.  Use it to store hardware, small parts, cards, tapes, video cassettes, computer disks, etc.  The drawers feature all welded heavyweight construction which ride on a full-extension roller bearing suspension with a rated load capacity of 400 lbs. per drawer.  The drawers are designed to mount into not only this shelving, but also most other major brands of shelving.  The capability of mixing roll-out drawer storage with standard shelf storage provides flexibility for any situation.

 
Z Line Shelving
Z Line's steel framework combined with industrial grade particleboard shelves provides a strong yet cost-effective solution to a wide range of storage requirements.  Z Line offers numerous deck support options, ranging from a thin profile to maximize the opening space to channel beams to support heavy loads over long spans.  All deck supports use double shoulder rivets on each end which easily lock into the uprights to produce an exceptionally rigid framework.  As a result, the system doesn't require sway braces or corner gussets, providing unobstructed access from four sides.  Choose from two styles of angle post or an intermediate "T" post, all of which allow shelves to be adjusted on 1 1/2" increments.

  
Technical Workstations
Our Technical Workstation line is an upscale system which gives electronic or specialized industrial workers the furniture to make them productive and comfortable.   Heavy tubular legs with leveling glides, channel supports for the top and an adjustable footrest are distinct features of these benches.  A static control work surface is available to aid in electronic component assembly.  There is a variety of optional components, electrical power options and a Cantilevered Accessory system that will customize a workstation to fit specific requirements.

  
Steel Lockers
These lockers feature heavy duty steel construction and vandal-resistant recessed handles for secure storage of clothing and personal belongings.  Rubber bumpers, a cushioned locking channel and door stiffeners provide a smooth, quiet operation, while our durable workmanship stands up to the toughest use.  Choose from many sizes of single, double, triple tier, duplex, box, sixteen person or wall mounted styles.  Steel lockers are available either welded or ready to assembly.  A full selection of accessories and trim customizes the locker system to the user's specific requirements.   A choice of powder coated paints provides a tough finish that will compliment any decor.

 
Workbenches & Shop Equipment
Industrial Workbenches are a complete system designed for the rigors of the factory floor.  Bench legs are available in flared, adjustable, or panel styles.  Our four drawer or cabinet style pedestals are popular alternatives to workbench legs.   Select from several sizes of steel, hard maple, compressed wood, or plastic laminate worksurfaces.  Also featured are a wide variety of heavy duty accessories and electrical options which allow you to design a workstation to fit your particular needs.  Our line of mobile workbenches, foreman's desks, and service carts are sturdy and reliable.

 
Automotive Shelving
This Automotive Shelving is a highly versatile system for efficiently storing automotive parts.  Shelves slide in from the front, which allows the units to be reconfigured quickly.  The shelves are adjustable on 1 1/2" centers without the need for tools, clips or any hardware.  Shelving units can be customized with optional adjustable dividers to create individual spaces, or use handy bin boxes for small or loose parts.  Sections of shelving neatly tie together with solid end panels for a smooth finished appearance.
